Frequently Asked Questions

We are located in Connecticut.  We are not a bakery or a store front. We are the school that comes to you! Our private in-person classes are held in the students home. We travel to New England States, the Tri-State area and other States.  Our private live-online classes are held in our closed facebook room. Our online classes allows us to teach students across the country and around the world. We use Itranslate to teach our classes in any language. 

If you're interested in booking a class, party or private event- please contact us via email, or call/text us. Once we receive your message a member from our team will respond.  All messages are answered within 24 hours. Please check your spam folder.  If you haven't received a response from us, please contact us again.  We may have missed your message. Once we gather your information: what type of class, or party, the date and inspiration photos etc. we will put together a class proposal and send to you for your approval. After you approve your proposal you will be sent an invoice.  Your class, party or event is not booked  until your invoice is paid in full. Please do not assume because of our communications, you are booked.  Payment in full books your class. Invoice will have instructions for payment.  Payment is due with-in 24 hours of receipt.  If payment is not made, your invoice will be canceled.  We may send you a reminder to pay your invoice, if there is no response from you- and your invoice is canceled, we will not re-issue you another invoice. *we reserve the right to refuse booking a class, party or event  at our discretion.

We take photos and videos of our students working in class.  We don't take photos/videos of our students faces.  Being a public business account  on our website, Google and social media, we respect the privacy of our students. Especially when we work with children. Parents shouldn't have to worry where photos of their children will be posted. And our adult students should enjoy the freedom of not worrying what facial photos of them we would share. The only photos & videos we take in class are of our students hands working on their projects.  This is a strict policy we enforce whether it be a private class, party or event. Students however, can take their own photos & videos and post where they choose. Please ask your instructor in advance if they want their facial photo/video taken. In a group class/event make sure to ask your neighboring students if its ok to take their facial photo.

We will not tolerate rude or inappropriate messages from prospective students.  If you don't like or dont't want to approve your class proposal, just let us know. That's it. It's that simple. All we ask is that you let us know. The sound of crickets is not acceptable, nor is a rude response. Our promise to you,
